MOST® Receiver NT21010

       
  Main Features   General Description
       
-33 dBm sensitivity, +2 dBm overload at 50 Mbps (BER 10-10, 0.3 A/W)   The signal path of the NT21010 consists of a state-of-the-art, high sensitivity AGC (automatic gain control) trans-impedance amplifier followed by a Limiting Amplifier with TTL output. Combined with an external Photodiode, a complete light-to-logic solution is provided.

In addition the NT21010 has an automatic sleep mode and input-signal status output as detailed within the MOST specifications.

All passive components are integrated on-chip and the NT21010 is manufactured in a standard deep-sub-micron 'Logic' CMOS process, giving an ultra low-cost, high performance, and rugged solution.

Compatible with the latest MOST® specifications including Sleep and Wake functionality  
     
Less than 23 mA total current consumption. Less than 20 µA in Sleep mode  
     
TTL compatible output  
     
Compatible with both 3 V and 5 V supplies.
High temperature operation (<120°C junction temperature)
 
     
No external components required within FOT
