The NT23L50 is a high sensitivity transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with automatic gain control (AGC) manufactured in a low cost pure CMOS process. The AGC enables over 33 dB of dynamic operating range, resulting in a high performance TIA designed for cost sensitive fiber optic applications such as BPON and OC-12 SONET.
The NT23L50 is pad compatible with the Mindspeed M02009 and Maxim MAX3665 whilst offering superior performance and additional features. The NT23L50 can be used in new cost sensitive applications or as a drop-in replacement for existing TIAs in applications requiring cost reduction without major re-design effort.
Featuring data polarity invert, photodiode monitor and monitor invert functions as well as being designed to operate without the requirement for a VDD supply decoupling capacitor within the ROSA, the NT23L50 offers the most flexible, high performance receiver solution for cost sensitive 622 Mbps applications available. |
