The NT24L50 is a high sensitivity transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with automatic gain control (AGC) manufactured in a low cost pure CMOS process. The AGC enables over 34 dB of dynamic operating range, resulting in a high performance TIA designed for cost sensitive fiber optic applications such as GePON transceivers, Gigabit Ethernet and Fiber Channel.
The NT24L50 is pad compatible with the Mindspeed M02016 whilst offering superior performance and additional features. The NT24L50 can be used in new cost sensitive applications or as a drop-in replacement for the M02016 in existing applications requiring cost reduction without major re-design effort.
Featuring data polarity invert, photodiode monitor and monitor invert functions as well as being designed to operate without the requirement for a VDD supply decoupling capacitor within the ROSA , the NT24L50 offers the most flexible, high performance receiver solution for cost sensitive 1.25 Gbps applications available. |
