Fabricated in high volume, pure CMOS process for lowest cost  

The NT24L71 is a limiting post amplifier fabricated in pure CMOS for fiber optic transceiver applications. The NT24L71, features CML outputs that are intended to be AC coupled to the proceeding circuitry. Powered from a +3.0 V to +5.5 V power supply the NT24L71 represents the lowest cost and lowest power limiting amplifier solution for optical network applications at data rates up to 1.25 Gbps.

The NT24L71 incorporates a data output squelch function, a glitchFree signal detect & loss of signal function with tunable detection threshold.

The NT24L71 is packaged in a QSOP-16 package, to be pin compatible with the Icreate i7091 limiting amplifier. The NT24L71 has CMOS open drain status output.
