The NT25L50 is a high sensitivity transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with automatic gain control (AGC) manufactured in a low cost pure CMOS process. The AGC enables over 30 dB of dynamic operating range, resulting in a high performance TIA designed for cost sensitive fiber optic applications such as GPON and OC-48 SONET.
The NT25L50 is pad compatible with the Mindspeed M02014 whilst offering superior performance and additional features. The NT25L50 can be used in new cost sensitive applications or as a drop-in replacement for existing TIAs in applications requiring cost reduction without major re-design effort.
Featuring data polarity invert, photodiode monitor and monitor invert functions as well as being designed to operate without the requirement for a VDD supply decoupling capacitor within the ROSA , the NT25L50 offers the most flexible, high performance receiver solution for cost sensitive 2.5 Gbps applications available. |
