| NT2103x - 50 Mbps LED/RCLED/VCSEL Driver. This consists of a combined RCLED, LED and VCSEL driver that requires no external components within the FOT. With programmable options the IC can be tailored to an individual customer's needs without the requirement, and associated cost, of additional passive components. The die area is significantly less than 1 mm² allowing the cheapest and most flexible solution. The NT2103x is optimized for MOST® solutions using POF or PCS fiber. |

| NT22L31 - 1.25 Gbps Edge Emitter Laser Driver. The NT22L31 is a LASER driver IC capable of supplying up to 70 mA modulation current and 80 mA bias current. The NT22L31 is configured to drive common anode lasers and operate with either a +3.3 V or +5.0 V supply voltage and is packaged to be pin compatible with the MAX3646 Laser Driver. |
