| NT22010 – Fast Ethernet receiver. This consists of an integrated TIA and postamp and requires no external components within the FOT. With a die area of 1.3 mm² and a typical sensitivity of -29 dBm this represents the best solution available. |

| NT22030 – Fast Ethernet transmitter (LED). This consists of a combined LED driver that requires no external components within the FOT. The die area is less than 1 mm² allowing the cheapest and most flexible solution. |
