The NT20045 is a low cost 3.3 V/5 V 200 Mbps Limiting Amplifier for SONET, SDH, ESCON and Fast Ethernet Applications over Optical Fiber.
 

NT24L71 - 1.25 Gbps Limiting Amplifier in QSOP. The NT24L71 is a limiting post amplifier fabricated in pure CMOS for fiber optic transceiver applications up to 1.25 Gbps. It features CML outputs that are intended to be AC coupled to subsequent circuitry. Powered from a single +3.0 V to 5.5 V power supply, it represents the lowest cost and lowest power limiting amplifier solution for optical network applications in QSOP package.
