| NT20067 - OC-3/155 Mbps TIA.
This IC is pin- and functionally compatible with the Microcosm/Mindspeed MC2006 and MC2007, but replaces these ICs with one part, supporting both 3.3 V and 5 V. Minimum sensitivity of -39 dBm is approx. 2 dB better than the MC2007. No decoupling capacitor required inside the ROSA. |

| NT20R67 - OC-3/155 Mbps TIA. The NT20R67 is a variant of the NT20067. The gain of NT20R67 is designed to be about one fourth of that of NT20067, providing design flexibility for different applications. |

| NT23L50 - OC-12/622 Mbps TIA. With a standard PIN diode of 0.7pF the NT23L50 offers –34.5 dBm typically at 622Mbps, or only 44 nA of Input-referred Current Noise, for the best sensitivity yet seen. Bandwidth is typically 490 MHz, and Duty Cycle Distortion and Jitter are factors of 5 and 10 better than rival ICs. The NT23L50 requires a single 3.3 V supply, at 28 mA current consumption, and is pin-compatible with previous products. Photodiode Monitor source/sink and output polarity are both bond-programmable, offering complete build flexibility. No decoupling capacitor required inside the ROSA . |

| NT24L50 – 1.25 Gbps High Sensitivity TIA. This IC has automatic gain control (AGC) and is manufactured in a low cost pure CMOS process. The AGC enables over 34 dB of dynamic operating range, resulting in a high performance TIA designed for cost sensitive fiber optic applications such as GePON transceivers, Gigabit Ethernet and Fiber Channel. |
| |
NT25L50 – 2.5 Gbps TIA. The NT25L50 is a high sensitivity, yet very low power, transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with automatic gain control (AGC) targeted at 2.5 Gbps applications. Like family members NT23L50 and NT24L50, the NT25L50 is manufactured in a low cost pure CMOS process. The NT25L50 can be used in new cost sensitive applications or as a drop-in replacement for existing TIAs in applications requiring cost & power reduction without major re-design effort. |
